A non-refundable $10 Application Fee is required to process your application. This can be paid be e-check or credit card. - I authorize a one-time charge for a $10 non-refundable application fee, for the purpose of pre-qualification.
- I acknowledge that $100 earnest money will be required to hold an apartment. The earnest money deposit will be applied to my security deposit or first month's rent if the Landlord enters into a lease or rental agreement with me. If this application is approved, and I fail to enter into a lease or rental agreement, the earnest money and any subsequent payments may be retained to compensate the Landlord's costs and damages, subject to the Landlord's duty to mitigate. (Please do not send earnest at this time money unless instructed by our staff.)
- I acknowledge this is a rental application, not a lease or rental agreement.
- I consent to the routine inquiry of references and credit agencies,pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-508, to provide applicable information concerning applicant's character, address, creditworthiness, reliability, and income and hereby authorize references named here to release this information.
